our server olaf was amazing . i told him my name and that it was my birthday . he made sure to remember it and call me by it the rest of the night . the staff here is amazing and very attentive . all of my guests thoroughly enjoyed their food . i did bring in cupcakes and they wanted to charge $15 for bringing my own dessert . which i thought that was ridiculous , considering i didn’t see that on the site and staff didn’t tell me when i asked them to refrigerate them . anyway , the server said i could just take them back and not be charged the $15 . no biggie as rules are rules . i had a great experience overall , so i plan to come back

Hannah was a good server. If you could offer a regular veggie patty that would be good.

I’ve been excited about NA beer options but they seem to not have that anymore and no one knows why. Food is consistently good, but service has slowed down and it’s frequently very drafty and cold in the dining room.

Whitney took care of us and the food was very good. Another good meal at Grindstone.

Our family loves upland! Always the best service.
