The Japanese film Tampopo was marketed as the world’s first “ramen western”.     We did the 7 course chefs tasting menu and we were not disappointed! The serving were just the perfect size so you didn’t leave stuffed but yet filling. Our host was extremely good and took care of the entire restaurant with grace and attention. We were constantly amazed with each course ! Our favourites were the lobster bisque, beef tartar which was served with a smoking glass vessel that gave it that extra flavour we’ve never experienced before as well as our final entree which was a perfectly done beef tenderloin! We were looking for a dessert wine and they had some incredible Port and a gorgeous French dessert wine. We will most definitely be back !!!
