So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. The place is so cute! Very nice to sit and get lunch with a friend! Brandon was our server, and he was the absolute sweetest! I highly recommend going and ask for Brandon, he’ll definitely bring a smile to your day!

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Gluten-free options are aplenty! This time we had the Cheese Curds, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and for dessert, the Salted Caramel Trifle. Yum!
