Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Join us for a restaurant experience unlike any other. Bark, A Rescue Pub guests can interact with rescue cats and dogs who live in a separate but accessible area from the restaurant before, during or after their dining experience. All profits from adoptions, reservation fees, donations and a portion of some food and beverage sales go to support the work of The Spokane Humane Society. Adoption center open Friday and Saturday 11am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to3pm, restaurant hours are later. Adoption center reservations are required due to space constraints and animal well being.
