For Jeff Ruby, this is the steakhouse that started it all. In 1981, The Precinct was born in the former Cincinnati Police Patrol House Number 6. Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history.     My wife and I ate here for Valentine’s Day and we had one of the best meals/experience we have ever had. The meal was absolutely amazing and creative. Our server made the experience that much better with her positivity and great suggestions. We LOVED our experience!

    It had been a while since I was last at Andy’s, but it was just as delicious as I remembered! I went during sn extremely busy night, but everything hummed along like a well oiled machine to keep up with the pace. The food was incredible, the ambiance was outstanding, and the staff extremely personable. Can’t wait to go back again!

    Service and food was excellent. A little mishap on dessert but nothing that ruined the evening. Restaurant and management of guests was excellent considering it was a busy night because of Valentine’s Day. Good Manager visibility that was actual hands on during the evening. The 70 day dry aged cowboy steak probably my new steak now! Overall great evening and the Valet Team still the best in terms of customer service, being polite and respectful!
