Offering a 4 course tasting menu in the front dining room and a 7 course tasting menu in the communal chefs kitchen table. Service is provided entirely by the Rojas Family. One of the best meals we have had out in a long time. The buffalo was exquisite, the scallops and wagu tartare amazing. The chef accommodated our request for seed-free oil dining and the bonus chocolates at the end were a nice treat. Highly recommend.

Loved the food (who knew cabbage could taste so amazing), the service (shout out to the barman's excellent martini and the sommelier's choice of wine), the atmosphere, the pace and thoughtful touches - like the small Anzac biscuit at the end of the meal.

Salum is always an incredible meal. Great staff and march’s menu is awesome. Salmon Veracruz is incredible cooked to perfection moist on the inside just the way I like.
