Overall excellent experience. Excellent service and food recommendations. Delicious food. Really nice ambience on the patio in the early evening. But where are the carrots I read so much about on prior reviews? They really could use a vegetable side dish. We had the burrata to start, the crab and shrimp roll with fries, the pork bowl and the raspberry cake for dessert. The only thing that was pedestrian were the fries. That is where a vegetable side dish would have been appreciated. Everything else was very tasty. The burrata was particularly outstanding; not your average burrata dish by any means. Will be going back and want to check the restaurant out for breakfast/brunch.

From the moment we arrived - happy hour cocktails and appetizers in the bar all throughout dinner we had a fantastic dining experience. Our bartender Justin was on point and even stopped by to check on us during dinner. Our server, Fiona was knowledgeable, super friendly, fun and took great care of us. The manager stopped by to check on us a couple of times which we appreciated. We shared the Yellowtail sashimi, and the hand rolled spicy salmon. Both were excellent. For dinner we started with the spicy tuna, followed by several sides - the short rib fried rice which everyone highly recommended and seemed to love, we found a bit boring compared to the rest of the dishes. The Roasted Mushrooms were out of this world delicious, and the Gochujang Brussel sprouts were equally impressive. My husband enjoyed the Smoky Melon (Mezcal) cocktail while I enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc wine. We can't wait to go back!

Had some really good items and then had some items that were not very good, prices are not outrageous but they aren't inexpensive either! Service, and ambiance were second to none. Phenomenal energy and experience, I will go again but steer clear of the items that didn't match my pallet.

Everything pertaining to our reservation was excellent. The reservation time was honored shortly after arriving. Our water was served immediately followed shortly thereafter our drink order and dinner order. Every question (there were many) was clearly clarified. Our dinner was presented quickly and was superb. The entire staff was very engaging and made our dining special. When in Scottsdale the Roaring Fork is a must destination.

Great little hidden gem if you are local. Even better if you are staying at the resort. Leon our server was amazing and quite attentive. Menu selection was very good and open late for a resort restaurant. It is there three (3) meal restaurant but has a nice selection of different food.
