Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. Incredibly unique dining experience. No signs. Have to go thru the bank see the dude sitting on a chair and go to the right. Two options ala carte or the tasting menu. The staff is knowledgeable and will guide you thru the menu. Bring money it’s not cheap but worth every penny.
