Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Easily one of the top five dining experiences I’ve had in my life, including several fine dining experiences around the world. We opted for the multi-course tasting, and every course was somehow more amazing than the previous. The staff was helpful, attentive, and delightful too. For all of the nice things I have to say, it’s worth mentioning that you will pay for it. The bill was indeed eye-popping. That being said, I do not regret our choices. This place is a gem.
