The grilled honey nut squash was excellent as was the focaccia and ricotta. The ricotta filled pasta was amazing!! We had the contamar fish and the walleye and we were blown away. I love that the chef uses local fish instead of flying in some Chilean Seabass or something. It was all so delicious. I can’t wait to go back. After living in San Francisco for 18 years, I moved to Milwaukee recently. I was a little worried about the culinary scene, but Birch is absolutely at the top of the restaurant game in every way.
