The Terrace at the famous Sunset Tower Hotel debuted a new look in May of 2018, featuring a refreshed outdoor dining experience with updated furnishings and an elegant new bar. There was a beautiful table, generous cocktails, and a delicious dinner. But the topper is that I did not finish my dinner; it was beautifully packaged and placed in a black take-out bag for me. I forgot the bag when leaving the restaurant. I was walking down San Vicente, and I heard someone calling my name. It's Quentin, our waiter, bringing me my leftovers. Amazing, above-and-beyond-service. Baltaire is in my top five restaurants in LA. Quentin, thank you again.

Lovely night. Service was fabulous. Food was terrific. Lots of complex tastes and prep. They never make things "normally." Special. If you want a quiet experience, make sure to ask for the back dining room. Upstairs would probably be quiet too. Louder and livelier in the front room.
