“One of Colorado's 10 most iconic, historic restaurants and a Must Eat” Denver Post, July 2018 Please join us at 740 Front in Historic Downtown Louisville. Designated historical, 740 is one of Colorado's two oldest remaining saloons; transformed back to its 1904 roots; a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance featuring a magnificent room dominating bar, built in 1880 by the Brunswick Company,. The copper spit trough, once equipped with running water, still exists at the front of the bar. Louisville, notorious for its drinking, gambling, and illegal activities, evidence of the occasional misunderstanding is the .22 caliber bullet hole in the front bar. The bar offers a selection of craft beers, wines,  handcrafted cocktails and an extensive craft bourbon selection.Dinner Tue. thru Sat. Williams & Graham is an internationally recognized and awarded craft cocktail bar hidden behind a bookshelf. We have been recognized as a World's Top 50 Bar and Top Cocktail Bar in the US (2x). We offer a rich ambiance, wide variety of drinks, delicious food served until 1am nightly, and genuine hospitality. We take reservations Sunday through Thursday with walk-in availability. We accept a limited amount of reservations on Friday & Saturday allowing more space for walk-in guests. Due to limited capacity and high demand, all reservations have a set maximum time of 2 hours to enjoy food and drink. If you are booking an earlier reservation (up to 7:15pm) please be mindful of our need to reseat your table with later reservations.
