In 2023, Jean-François Flechet, our founder, was honored with a knighthood by the prestigious Knighthood of the Brewer's Paddle, recognizing his dedication to Belgian brewing traditions. Our journey began in 2007 at Cincinnati's historic Findlay Market, where Jean-François introduced a traditional Liège-style waffle recipe and a 120-pound cast-iron waffle maker from Belgium. Fixed price special duck menu was creative and pace of service was perfect. The wine pairings were not my taste, even though the explanations were excellent and they did go well with the food. This is the second time we have attended a fixed price dinner and we enjoy the place and the food very much. Will return.

Wonderful spot for a romantic birthday dinner. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was attentive and kind. Every dish that we ordered was flavorful and filling. The portions are rather large so next time we will share more of our meal.

Our server, Ryan, was excellent. Empanadas were very good, burger ordered medium rare came out well doe. Argentine salad cherry tomatoes seemed highly acidic from marinating. We enjoyed ourselves but needs some attention to food consistency

The grazing board was divine. Really good pimento cheese spread and fresh meats. The salad is enormous so plan accordingly. The Amish chicken was very good. Broccolini was scrumptious. Mashed potatoes were full of flavor. Cocktail menu could use some non whisky options. My husband had an old fashioned which he enjoyed but felt it was a bit overpriced. Our service was great!
