Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club celebrates its place as the best oceanfront dining experience in the Miami Beaches. The Surf Club's once fabled ballroom, is now a destination for thoughtful Italian culinary; from crudos including Tonno al Tartufo Nero, made-in house pastas like Pacchero "alla Lido", to famed entrées like Branzino al Vapore.On Sundays we offer a Brunch Buffet experience with available seating on the Oceanfront Terrace or inside the Champagne Bar. For breakfast (daily) and lunch (served Monday through Saturday), seating is available on the Oceanfront Terrace or inside the Champagne Bar. For dinner service, we offer a 2 hour dining experience. We have a 15 minute grace period after which the table may be given to another guest. Please note Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club has a cancellation policy under 24 hours and a no-show policy of $50.00 per person. Our Corkage Fee is $100 per Bottle, $200 for Magnum Bottles (counts as 2 bottles), Max amount per party is 3 bottles

Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented. To complement our wine list, there is a $60 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $120 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Inoshin is an omakase experience from the team behind New York's Michelin-starred Kosaka, taking up an eight-month residency within the historic Hemingway Tower at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Named for chef Shinichi Inoue, Inoshin is the culmination of a nearly 30-year career dedicated to the art of sushi. Following two decades of training in Tokyo, chef Inoue made his name in New York's restaurant scene, as chef of his eponymous Inoue, Kosaka and two residencies of Kosaka Miami.At Inoshin, we offer traditional Japanese Omakase experience for $250 per guest. Our guests have an option to sit at the six-seat chef's sushi counter top or at a selection of intimate tables, where chef Inoue guides them through a culinary journey that begins with hassun, or Japanese small plates, followed by sashimi, classic nigiri sushis, and beautiful Japanese desserts to finish. The Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, nestled within Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, offers an intimate 12-seat fine dining journey that reimagines modern classic French cuisine with refined Asian influences. The restaurant marks Chef Brandt’s debut in the U.S. after years of honing his culinary point of view and receiving numerous awards and accolades, including leading multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2013 when he was the head chef at OPUS V the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and at the time he was the youngest chef in Germany to lead a two-star kitchen. More recently, in 2022 Epoca by Tristan Brandt in Switzerland was awarded one Michelin star. Casadonna is a Coastal Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant developed in partnership between Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality.
