Notre expérience chez Maggie Oakes était excellente. Ma copine est sans gluten et le staff s’est montré très proactif à son égard ~ le menu s’est aussi facilement adapté. C’est aussi un très bel endroit où il fait bon se reposer et où les conversations sont faciles!

Bar George is a staple for a nice (and quick) business lunch - such a beautiful building and always good food and service. Only negative surprise was that the bread basket (which included 3 pieces of bread) cost $8 - since when is bread extra?! Or the fact that bread cost extra should be mentioned by the server when they asked if we wanted bread.

The experience was great in general. The only comment is that the burger was a bit undercooked

Have been out in Montreal many times and can’t believe we have never eaten here! Took our uni daughters on Friday night. Fantastic. Yes the mushroom toast is the best. Short rib pasta too. And the special of octopus risotto was terrific! Drinks, wine all perfect. Best part was our amazing young woman server. She was personable, professional and attentive. Made the evening better which is saying a lot given how great the food was. We will return!

Beautiful decor good and exquisite food. I’ll definitely go back
