The Terrace at the famous Sunset Tower Hotel debuted a new look in May of 2018, featuring a refreshed outdoor dining experience with updated furnishings and an elegant new bar. Republique is one of be most thoughtfully crafted restaurants in LA. Designed like a European Castle with modern lines, this cafe is unique and exquisite. Service is thoughtful and the family style menu presentations allows for one to try multiple delectables in one visit. Price was certainly premium but so was the experience. Come for the beauty, come as a foodie, and come to have a memorable night on the town.

The food was scrumptious, we loved the 4 course meal, the service was amazing they even gave us 2 complementary mimosas. We are definitely going to come back for dinner again.

Really a nice time. Was meeting a friend on Valentine’s Day and the staff allowed us to use the regular menu! Very kind and prompt staff. Food was excellent. Always a great place to dine :)
