Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. Food at Lola’s is always superb. Today, I had the lamb kebab and it was terrific. I would have loved it to be less sweet, but it was still really good!

The food was amazing. The atmosphere was excellent with great service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Price the food before you go so you are not surprised by the bill. The quality of the food was worth the money for us. But it will be a dinner to save for.

The grits and mushroom small plate was outstanding. The ribeye steak is always the best choice. Wild boar gnocchi was also impressive

The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.

It was our first time visiting Ballard Cut. We were all impressed! Staff were so friendly and delicious food. Whiskey lovers in our group really appreciated the staffs high expertise level re whiskey, and the availability of so many different bourbons and whisk(e)ys. All in all, a great experience. Our new favorite restaurant in the Seattle area. We’ll be back!
