Everything about the experience at Barney's is designed to reflect refined dining, from the beautiful plating to the attentive and helpful staff.Barney's menu is a fusion of new American cuisine and classic French cuisine. All of the produce used in the kitchen is procured from local vendors, The filet mignon has been voted the best on Long Island by local publications. The signature"Famous" Long Island Duck has also become a local favorite. The large selection of seafood along with our fresh seasonal salads and weekly specials will not disappoint.Our dining areas consist of the Hearth Room (dining room w/fireplace), Bar and Parlour which can also be reserved for private parties. Bar Frites is open daily and serves French bistro fare.The menu offers Bistro fare including great comfort food dishes and the classics. The Burgers, Steak Frites, Croque Monsieur and Steamed Mussels served with pomme frites are also among the fan favorites. Some of the Bistro Classics include Escargot, a Frisée and Lardons Salad and Sautéed Skate. Any night of the week can be unique with the Plats du Jour featuring Bouillabaisse, Côte de Boeuf and Coq au Vin to name a few.
