Tear drop chandeliers, off-white banquettes, a mixture of velvet and sherpa chairs in the lounge and bar area create an ultra hip vibe for those who like to sit in the buzz !! For those who'd rather have a more quiet and romantic experience, the upstairs offers a more tranquil setting while overlooking the vibrance below. The other dining rooms offer either fireplace ambiance or Mt Olympus views! Our private rooms host up to 10, 20, 24 and 58 guests respectively. Our privately enclosed backyard patio overlooks Mt Olympus and features fire-pit seating!Chef Matt's flavorful, hearty cuisine is as beautiful to look at as it is to savor! Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch. Led by a staff that has been with owners since its opening in 1999, guests always feel welcomed in the warm and friendly atmosphere. And in the Summer with it's patio dining. Tiburon is the place to dine in the South Valley.

    A small group of us went to Kimi's to celebrate a birthday. What a wonderful experience. The ambiance is beautiful, classy and calm. Our waiter could not have been more attentive and had perfect timing. The food was fantastic! Try the pork chop! And the jewel of the night -- dessert with a sparkler for my dining companion celebrating a birthday. It was a special and perfect night. Thank you Kimi!

    I loved my salmon. We loved the bison and the elk!! We love the salad!! My husband doesn’t love your tenderloin. He doesn’t think it’s as high quality as other similarly priced restraunts. That was the only downside for him. He liked the gravy.. which he dusky doesn’t prefer a gravy in his tenderloin! Our waiter was awesome and accommodating!! The birthday desserts were a surprise! It was a fun evening!!

    We frequent this place because it is warm & homey in ambiance & the food is forever interesting, full of choices & delicious; the front of the house & the wait-staff are most excellent. Even when it is full, the noise level remains moderate, and one can always carry on a conversation w/ friends and loved ones. We celebrate special occasions here but also celebrate the joys of everyday; we are always cared for here & it never disappoints. We are drawn back here again & again.

    We took a family of 20 for dinner on Thursday . They did a great job for such a big party . The Pork belly and hummus for appetizers were great . Everyone enjoyed the Signature drinks and the baked cookie . The favorite was the bison burger . Thanks everyone for making this such a great night ❤️
