A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced. Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and also features Mediterranean influences. We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable. Lovely night. Service was fabulous. Food was terrific. Lots of complex tastes and prep. They never make things "normally." Special. If you want a quiet experience, make sure to ask for the back dining room. Upstairs would probably be quiet too. Louder and livelier in the front room.

Ignore all the bad reviews their service was outstanding very Nice waiters food portions are actually good sized. The food was actually flavorful unlike how the reviews had said. Overall I would recommend this restaurant. Me and my girlfriend loved it.

havent been here since the original Koi in the early 2000s. they still have it! the service was excellent, the drinks were great, and the food fantastic- tempura shrimp, crispy rice tuna, all the rolls, and the sea bass. also, lychee martinis were A+. will definitely be back more often
