Exceptional Dining at Augie’s in Santa Rosa Our experience at Augie’s, the latest gem in the Stark family of restaurants, was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the elegant yet inviting ambiance of this French-inspired haven. Our server, Ben, provided impeccable service—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, elevating our dining experience to new heights. The culinary artistry at Augie’s was phenomenal. Every dish showcased a perfect balance of traditional French flavors and modern creativity, leaving us savoring every bite. From start to finish, the meal was a celebration of exceptional taste and quality. As longtime fans of the Stark restaurants, Augie’s has only deepened our admiration for their unwavering commitment to excellence. We’re already planning our next visit and look forward to many more delightful evenings here. Highly recommend Augie’s to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Santa Rosa!

The food and service were excellent. We arrived at 5 p.m. so service was prompt even though there already were many diners at that early hour. My only quibble is that the French press decaf for two turned out to be half a cup each. Either use smaller cups or provide enough beverage to fill the cup to normal height. The entrée prices were somewhat high but competitive with other similar local restaurants. The desserts, on the other hand, were $14, whereas a local upscale Italian restaurant charges only $10 for all desserts which are at least as good or better than Monti's offerings. The restaurant recently reopened after an extensive remodel, so everything was fresh and new! We were in a booth with very luxurious-feeling leather seat covering.

All of our dishes were prepared perfectly. The only problem was having to decide what to order. We had a great meal and Hannah was great!

Once again a fantastic meal under the brilliant talented chef/owner Tony! The striped Bass was delectable with a delicious sauce that went perfectly with a side order of roasted vegetable! Will be back very soon!

Celebrated our anniversary dinner there and the waiter was amazing she made sure we were well taken care of and the food was delicious!
