Caracara serves authentic, upscale Mexican food in a comfortable setting. Couples, families and singles will feel at home in our dining room or tequila lounge. We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner serving table-side guacamole, great margaritas, mojitos and sangria. Specials are offered daily and happy hour is Monday-Friday, 4pm-6pm in the tequila lounge. Our tequila list includes 70 premium tequilas. Menu features traditional entrees including Tamales, Iron Skillet Tacos and Enchiladas as well as our own innovative items such as Pollo Relleno. Great food and service unique and amazing cocktails!! The menu is different, fun and lots of choices. It was my first time and I'll go back. If you you want a quiet place to eat this is not the place but the food, server and people are very nice.

This was our first visit to Trento. Food was excellent, two waiters served us and they were both very attentive. interesting food choices, well prepared. Looking forward to going back.
