Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. If you feel that your party requires more time, please let us know in the notes and we will get back to you with our available accommodations.

We have 15 indoor tables, and 12 covered/heated patio tables. Online reservations can be made for parties up to 5 guests. Larger groups can be booked at 5pm on weeknights, please email the restaurant for reservations. Please understand when making your reservation that we cannot guarantee a specific table or area of the restaurant. We recommend 5pm reservations for parties with specific table requests, if you book later in the evening you may need to wait for your table preference.If you are having difficulty finding a reservation you are welcome to stop by for walk-in seating. Queen Mary Tea Room has been providing tea service and fine dining to Seattle and its visitors for 36 years. Our Afternoon Tea with the cranberry orange scones and crumpets to the mint cucumber tea sandwiches, and the silver teapots of Queen Mary's finest teas with the fine English bone china teacups, it's a tradition many generations have experienced.     It's hard to have a bad meal at Joule, where you can safely order anything on the menu and know it will be delicious. Classics like the chorizo rice cakes paired well with new dishes like the roasted asparagus. Cocktails were very tasty as well

    Contender for Seattle's best Italian food. Infatuation has reviewed as more life-affirming than a night at the symphony, and it was a satisfied feeling leaving the restaurant. Service was very efficient, and it seems like a good sign when a server has been there for 4 years. The tajarin was delicate and flavor nice, although no visible or real flavor of the sage, but $33 could reasonably be $23. Rapini was nice and cavatelli was homemade and nice with broccoli as a vegetarian subsitute for rabbit. Choclate tart with hazelnut and cherry was a beautiful sight and worth returning for (and not over-priced). A good spot for anniversary.
