For Jeff Ruby, this is the steakhouse that started it all. In 1981, The Precinct was born in the former Cincinnati Police Patrol House Number 6. The Aperture, the first full-scale restaurant project from Chef Jordan Anthony-Brown. The menu reflects the concept of Mediterranean mezze style dining, consisting of many small plates, rustic in nature and reflective of seasonality and creates a natural progression and flow for the dining experience. The Aperture’s menu reflects three fundamental tenets: intention, balance, and focus. The menu - and its individual dishes - are approached with the objective of putting critical thought into every component, eliminating the extraneous, and ensuring a natural flow across the menu.     Always delicious, relaxing, accommodating with great service. Never disappointed. Menu is creative and seasonal. Love the pick three option and we always do that to get a broader sampling of the chefs creations. Last night we got into a real traffic mess and were quite late and they were so gracious when we finally showed up!

    We had a blast‼️ The manager and staff were absolutely amazing. Going above and beyond taking care of us. The atmosphere is beautiful with a vibe that goes beyond anything you have experienced in this era. Our waitress Leana was fun, professional and so helpful with suggestions for the rest of our evening plans. We will be back on our next visit to Cincy 💕

    We had an amazing dinner last night. The eggplant starter was absolutely out of this world. The presentation tableside made it super special. My Nicoise salad was excellent and the coq au vin that my wife had was juicy and delicious. They made our anniversary special as well. We will be back!

    Everything was top notch. These folks know what they’re doing and are exceptionally fantastic at it! The valet attendants and hosts were very professional and friendly. Our server was extremely knowledgeable, personable and a true pro! Everyone seemed to be working together to create a fantastic experience for us! The food was truly exceptional! A lot of love,artistry and expertise went into each dish. We were celebrating an anniversary and what a memorable celebration it was!!! We’ll definitely be recommending Boca to folks.Cincinnati really has a true gem downtown. There’s definitely a reason why reservations are needed. Cheers!!

    While having dinner at the precinct I was treated with the most outstanding service from my servers Lizzie & Anthony. Making sure I had everything I needed and never without water. I brought in a friend from out of town and each waiter had helped explain and recommend items from the menu. I ordered the Burrow which I have had before and once again was cooked to perfection. This is THE spot to go to for an outstanding steak dinner with unbeatable service.
