Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. Our first time back to our favorite restaurant since Chef Greg took over, and he did not disappoint. The menu is a very nice balance of some Matisse favorites with some new, wonderful creations. The staff are first rate. We will be back.

The last time I ate at this location (pre-Nico), it was noisy, and overpriced, with mediocre food and poor service. What a delight to be at Nico’s - lovely soft music, tables placed a comfortable distance from each other to minimize the noise, excellent and pleasant service, and good food at reasonable (by today’s standards) prices. Sorry I avoided coming here before an NJPAC performance for so long!

This was our second visit. First one great but this one way greater. Manny very professional and knowledgeable. Gave amazing recommendation and all were spot on. Definitely will be returning. This place is very good for any type of occasion, even to impress someone because of how great the food is and even better the service.
