Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. My best friend and I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere was cozy, and everything we tried was fantastic, but the highlight of our visit was definitely the beer bread—it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it paired wonderfully with our meal. To top it off, our waitress was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back!

Ruxton's was fantastic. I had the Bone-in-Delmonico steak, cooked to a PERFECT medium, with truffle butter as an accoutrement, I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I have eaten at plenty of steak houses on par with Ruxton's, but my meal at Ruxton's was as good as the very best of them, if not better. I would recommend Ruxton's to anyone as a top notch dining experience!

The server was relentlessly annoyed with us, a buser tried to clear plates that we were eating off of, and the host reminded us (and the table next to us) that there were reservations waiting. I’m sorry that I inconvenienced the staff by decided that my wife I should have our anniversary dinner here.
