Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street, London in 2004. The principal cuisine comes from the Robata grill. In 2007, Hamish Brown became the Head Chef of ROKA Charlotte Street. Oh my goodness what a fabulous experience the whole evening became. The staff were so brilliant it made the meal one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences we have had anywhere. Not just Dubai. The Hutong organisation knows exactly how to provide an exceptional evening of food, service, ambience and excitement and in this Dubai restaurant the dials are all turned up to 11.
