Afternoon Tea & Atrium CocktailsAfternoon Tea, a decades-long tradition at The Brown Palace, is set amid the historic grandeur of the Atrium Lobby serenaded by a melodic piano. Guests enjoy a pot of properly brewed English tea accompanied by scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves, savory tea sandwiches, and a delightful array of classic tea pastries.Atrium Cocktails are on Friday & Saturday evenings, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm and select nights throughout the week. Sip on classic cocktails, wine, or a refreshing pint with charcuterie and other inventive dishes.     Afternoon tea was lovely! Brown Palace beautifully decorated for Christmas, so festive! Atmosphere was cheery and bright and had all the holiday feels. I had heard that the BP had gone downhill a bit, but that was not at all our experience. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and polite. Our server was wonderful and attentive, and the food was terrific! Added bonus there was a piano player and he was wonderful and made the event even more special! Highly recommend!

    We enjoyed every moment of our afternoon tea. The server was AMAZING!! She was so kind and helpful! We had such a great time, the food and presentation was just gorgeous!

    We had a lovely afternoon. Beautiful space. Myself and friend with our 17yr old daughters who loved all the beautiful pictures options. Tea options were fantastic. Food was good although I do think we should be able to get 1 refill of scones and sandwiches as that is how I have had in the past, but that’s my only nitpick.
