Hands down best food we’ve eaten in Seattle. Pork belly, mackerel, fried mushrooms, and the “smooth” cocktail. All to die for. Also, Vela was a delightful server!!

The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.

This is our first visit since the advent of the Kraken Hockey Team in Seattle and the place was hopping. Service was awesome even though it was super busy and loud. In about 45 minutes people left for the game and it was much less crowded and noise level much lower. Food was excellent and ambiance our favorite in Seattle. We will return but not on a game night.
