The Odeon offers reservations for indoor and outdoor dining for parties up to 6 guests. Walk-Ins are welcome. Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. If you cannot be present at the time of your reservation, we will offer the table to waiting guests. If you are running late or wish to cancel, please call us at 212-233-0507. The Odeon takes the last “Open Table” Reservation at 10 pm on Sunday and Monday and 10:30 pm Wednesday through Saturday. Should you like to visit the restaurant after that time, please call 212-233-0507 to check availability. We allow 1 hour 45 minutes dining time for parties up to 2 guests and 2 hours for parties of 3-6. guests.

Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boom­box, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. Continuing past the pawnshop, guests encounter a grand, circular staircase wrapped around a two-story custom chandelier, but only the adventurous will discover all that Beauty & Essex has to offer. With four distinct dining rooms (one private), two bars, a lounge, and a women’s bathroom complete with a salon including a luxurious sofa, and antique perfume bottles. The cuisine, much like the design, is intended to set a new course.     Everything was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was so accommodating and understanding. The food was incredible. The fish was fresh and beautifully plated. The overall ambiance of the restaurant makes you feel as though you are dining in a movie. I recommend booking a dinner reservation. The ambient lighting, jazz music, and magical views of the cityscape create an enchanting, and intimate feel hard to replicate!

    One of my favorite restaurants in NY. Sunday brunch feels like a big extended family. Great food, multi-generations, cozy and modern with the best energy. Best French Toast. Amazing grilled cheese with tomato sandwich . It’s all good no matter when you go. Classic NY.

    Everything was delicious. We got cocktails, wine, oysters, two filets and fries and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful especially in the main dining area. You won't be disappointed.

    The food is amazing, the view spectacular and the service attentive a courteous. Bob the Sommelier was extremley knowledgeable and considerate of our requirements. Alex, our host, was courteous with the right touch of humour. All of the staff professional and hosted us exceptionally well. An expensive but a priceless experience.

    It's great to enjoy delicious Japanese food at a reasonable price in the heart of Manhattan. The oysters were fresh, and the sauce had a delightful Japanese flavor. The sushi offered a nice variety of choices and was equally enjoyable. I’d love to go back again.
