Sat at the bar and had a wonderful evening with Sue & Antonio.  Eddie Merlots was as busy as I’ve ever seen it and yet the food came out on time and the service was fantastic! Sue & Antonio they never let you see them sweat!! Tim The general manager, stopped by just to make sure that our evening was meeting the standards. The hostess handed my wife, a beautiful rose, which she loved and cherished. Such a nice touch on Eddie Merlot’s part. Kitchen, waiters, bussers all on point. 8oz filet cooked perfectly with flavorful garlic crust, my lady had the skirt steak which was equally flavorful!
