Phuc Yea offers a selection of shareable plates that capture the soulfulness and passion behind family-rooted recipes, the restaurant is inspired by Aniece Meinhold's Vietnamese heritage and Cesar Zapata's Third Coast culinary roots. Under one roof, guests are invited to marvel at Biscayne's blossoming Mimo District; embrace 90's hip-hop, street-cool music; and enjoy Cesar's version of Viet- Cajun cuisine - a lively mash up of fresh and colorful Vietnamese ingredients pumped up with spicy, bold Cajun flavors. This grown up version of Phuc Yea is largely seafood driven.Brunch features a dim sum style menu that highlights classic American brunch preparations. Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.     We were 4 in our party and wanted to try as many dishes as possible. We ordered 5 appetizers and 5 main courses. Each and every dish was exceptional! Amazing flavors, taste and variety. Never seen a combination of Vietnamese and Latin cuisine. The service was very friendly and efficient. From a ambience and decor standpoint I give it a 4 star rating rather than 5 because it’s not a fine dining place. But it’s not meant to be. It had a NY Greenwich Village vibe. Will go back.

    Excellent service and food amazing as always. Our waiter was nice enough to bring a candle on our cortadito since the birthday girl didn't want dessert. Those are the kinds of details that set apart good service from great service.

    This was a late Valentine’s Day date with my wife and 2 year old son. We had an amazing meal and the service was superb. We highly recommend this restaurant!

    Excellent, innovative food beautifully served in a lovely dining environment. The fresh guacamole, seafood ceviche,Mexican Caesar salad, tomahawk steak, and cheesecake were all outstanding. Also, the server Alyssa, was really excellent. It was a great experience and we will be returning soon.
