FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. The food is excellent, and the portions are generous. The restaurant is loud, so conversations are difficult. Also, parking is almost non-existent, so be prepared for a hike on surrounding streets, especially weekend nights.

The food was definitely tasty and large portions. Everything was hot and fresh, and the drinks were on point! I do think the ambiance and flashy style shown on social media is geared more towards the sushi items so i wish there was a bit more showmanship with the other meals. The servers weren’t very personable and rushed everything, with only a 2 minute gap between the appetizer and entree.. still great food!
