Carna by Dario Cecchini, a contemporary steakhouse concept helmed by the legendary Butcher, Dario Cecchini from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy.After taking over the family business from his father in 1976, Cecchini found his mission - to protect the art of butchery with the belief that all cuts of meat can be utilized when cooked properly, eliminating waste and promoting sustainability. Carna by Dario Cecchini honours this tradition and offers a glimpse into the society of butchers who provide the letters that form a poetic meal. Located on the 74th floor, Carna by Dario Cecchini features a dedicated bar, private dining area, striking chandeliers and views of the city.

    It was really a perfekt diner in a great location. The price is to high for all, especielly Alkohol. For Dubai May it be normal but not for the Rest of the world. The Service was o.k., but not was we expected.

    El almuerzo de hoy como siempre en los último 3 años de mi visita por Trabajo a Dubái, fue una experiencia muy agradable. La comida estuvo excelente, bien presentada y con muy buen sabor. El servicio fue atento y rápido, siempre pendiente de los detalles. El ambiente es cómodo y acogedor, con un nivel de ruido adecuado para conversar y cerrar negocios sin problemas. En cuanto al valor, considero que estuvo acorde a la calidad de la experiencia. Definitivamente un lugar que recomiendo y al que mi dos invitados volverían a experimentar.
