Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken.     Ok so the bar is amazing. The environment is fun. The staff are all beautiful and professional. Food.....off the charts amazing. Chorizo oysters are the bomb and the lamb sandwich bomb. I could have ordered everything on the menu if I had two stomachs. Great place. Highly recommend this place 100%. Thank you for great service and food.

    The menu is creative and inviting. The ambience is very nice albeit a bit loud. Service was good given how busy it was. You have to like smoky tasting meat. It was a bit too smokey for us but a nice place to go while in Santa Rosa.

    Had early Valentine's celebration dinner with my hubby and LOVED the food. Clearly there is someone creative and dedicated in the kitchen. The vibe of this place is great - we sat upstairs and it was quiet but if you want buzzier, you could sit downstairs near the bar. Great service. We had an excellent time and thought it was excellent value for the quality of the cooking. Oh, and cocktails are great too.

    Party of four celebrated my wife's birthday with a first-time visit to Augie's. Shared some of the best oysters ever tasted. We can highly recommend the mushroom soup, beef bourginon, frog legs, duck confit and the muscles with fries among the menu choices. Crepes Suzette was an excellent finishing touch.

    We loved the Grill! Sorry to hear the restaurant is moving, but it's great to know it will re-open on March 1st nearby. Thanks TJ for a great lunchtime dining experience!
