Baghdad Street in Singapore is packed with Middle Eastern eateries, but nowhere else can you find the incredible baloon bread than at number 17 Baghdad Street, the site of Istanblue Mezze & Grill House. An extensive menu is on offer here, with all grilled dishes being cooked over a traditional Turkish charcoal fire.
