Hello , Our experience with team from the Haylard and Sparkling point was Fun and Informative. We learned alot about the Maillard effect and the great pairing between champagne and sparkling wines with browned and roasted foods . The food was Outstanding . Delicious food and service, we enjoyed the egg white omelet with apple sausage and apple bacon. The sweet potatoes and potatoes are very delicious. The steel- cut oatmeal is also very delicious. We enjoyed the turkey club.
