Upper West is a real gem and it's one of my two favorite restaurants on the Westside. The quality of food never ceases to amaze me and the staff is both competent and friendly. The original artworks on the wall only add to the comfort and pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.

The experience, as usual, was EXCELLENT. I have been going to La Boheme for over 20 years. It is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles with the best ambiance. This time was even more exceptional than usual. Our server, Cynthia, went above and beyond. And her personable attitude, went very far with us. Thank you La Boheme for another wonderful date night.

Love this place for Weekend brunch! The food is delicious and service is the best

The food was great, but the service was poor. It looked like they might have been short-handed and we might have understood if they had shared an explanation. We sat outside and at first received immediate attention from our server when ordering drinks, but then she disappeared for at least 30 minutes. We had to ask 3 times to be able to place our food orders. However, once our orders were placed we received them quickly. We ordered a variety of brunch and lunch items and all 5 members of our party were happy with their choices. I had the Ube Stuffed French Toast and it was a perfect combination of ube cream, brioche french toast and fruit with a sprinkle of pistachios for the perfect amount of crunch. I also had a delicious spicy cucumber cocktail. I asked our server for a recommendation and it was the perfect blend of cucumber and tequila. If the service hadn't been off, I would have given this a 5-star review.
