The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in South Jersey, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. We have created a welcoming restaurant designed with the comforts of a typical Greek home. We used materials such as hand-chiseled Jerusalem limestone floors, hand woven rugs, vaulted ceilings, antiqued stucco walls, wood plank floors and exposed wood beams to evoke the traditional atmosphere. A series of dining areas feature rustic farm tables, dark wood chairs with beige cushions and dining nooks with upholstered banquettes. The homelike ambience is accentuated with whitewashed walls.

So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Fantastic find. Restaurant is mostly seafood based but everything we had was delicious. The mussel appetizer tasted fresh with unique flavors. The Greek salad brought back memories of our time on Crete and our entrees (sea bass & halibut) were perfectly prepared and every bite worth savoring. We will definitely return soon.

We are frequent guests, as this is our local go-to place, where we know what to expect. It is a gem! Our server Leo was great and very attentive. The only misstep was having to send back the burger multiple times. The manager was gracious and comped it. They truly care about their business and the customers. We will continually return. One of the best examples of outstanding service!

Always have the best meal here ! Took my mom today. Laura made sure we had everything we needed! Homemade pesto with warm bread the BEST artichokes (the old way thank you chef !! ) and of course the BEST eggplant Parmesan ever. Thank you for another amazing meal! See you soon!!
