Carli's Fine Bistro & Piano located in the heart of historic Old San Juan Puerto Rico was born on December 27, 1998, as a place where locals and international patrons could gather to enjoy a unique live musical and fine dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere.We have world-class live music nightly: Monday's and Thursdays we have jazz music at around 6:30 pm, and on Tue, Wed, Th, Friday & Saturday we have Jazz Piano from 8 PM, and on Saturday's, a Classic Rock Duo, from 6:30 PM.Nested on the plaza level of the historic art deco Banco Popular building, Carli's warm and artistic vibe will charm you while you savor exotic assortments of gourmet tapas and exquisite international entrees, or sip on your favorite martini from our classic bar on our main room or under the stars with a view of the SJ Bay.Carli’s excels in the art of fine dining and live jazz entertainment, without sacrificing the comfort of casual elegance and competitive pricing. True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing. This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give us at least three day’s notice. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
