The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse.
