Tavern & Table is the dream child of Cecil & Dianne Crowley, Andy Palmer & Jeff Condon. After years of working together on various successful restaurant concepts, they wanted to bring together the very best aspects of fine dining and casual hospitality in a beautiful and comfortable setting. Tavern & Table is more than a restaurant, it was created to be a gathering place where people sit in comfort and share small plates for the table or enjoy a hearty meal. The bartenders know the fine art of cocktail making and their interest in flavor and presentation comes alive in not only in the food but in barrel aged cocktails that are created in-house.

This Charleston locals’ favorite is nestled away in a historic home in downtown Charleston. The charming restaurant and intimate bar are reminiscent of a Mediterranean Villa, where Executive Chef, Josh Ogilvie, melds the cuisines of Italy, Spain, France, & Greece, featuring fresh preparations of Seafood, Fish, Savory Meats, Homemade Pastas, Homemade Bread, and Salads, all served by a warm and friendly serving staff. The extensive wine list complements the experience and offers 75 selections by the glass. The cozy bar empties out onto a terrace, offering outdoor dining and drinks. There are numerous menu items, which are gluten and dairy free and vegetarian, and there are vegan options as well.

Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. Wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, housemade salami and cured sausages fill the restaurant's menu which can be enjoyed family-style or a la carte. With community tables, an open kitchen, and a comfortable atmosphere, Indaco can accommodate 100 guests for a casual night of food and drinks. The wine list is focused on affordable Italian varietals, the Negroni cocktail is on tap, and the fresh sodas are made in-house. The massive wooden doors on Upper King Street are your first indication that Indaco is different from the typical Charleston restaurant. Rustic details continue inside with butcherblock tables, lime-wash walls, and white brick. An open kitchen with nearby community tables lets interested diners keep an eye on the action inside the kitchen. Outside, a patio puts you streetside to watch Upper King Street's vibrant nightlife scene.

The Peacock is an art deco-inspired setting with distinct spaces on each floor - spanning 12,000 sq ft. We offer something for everyone at any time of day.     Experienced Anson for first time, and I must say I could kick myself for not going before now. It was wonderful! Our waiter Paul was excellent with recommendations, and the GM checked with guests as well. Both were very attentive and made my husband and I feel welcomed AND the meal/cocktails were fabulous.

    We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. The lamb and the fresh catch of the day,  Chilean Seabass was melt in your mouth buttery. Gabby our server was wonderful. The manager was accommodating, very nice and friendly. A must try place while In Charleston.

    We had Abby, the best server ever! Experienced a very VERY minor issue with one of the dishes we ordered and decided to replace it altogether. Two different managers came by and were so apologetic which was so amazing and demonstrated their commitment to service and quality. This wasn't our first visit and certainly will not be our last. Thank you for making our Valentine's Day perfect and thank you Abby for the beautiful rose.

    Dinner was great! Mocktails & Cocktails out of this world. And hands down the pizza is a must! Meatballs & roasted potatos are perfect sides. Server was great!

    I come quite often after 5pm for the champagne room. This was my first time doing afternoon tea and I can’t wait to come again! Gluten free options were also available. Ask for Tyler, he’s an incredible server!
