Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Everything was amazing especially the food. The appetizer wasn’t too good but the main course delicious, i got the salmon and asparagus and my Bf got the chicken and mashed potatoes which was soo good the chicken was tender

Great taste, great presentation, good portion, excellent service - dine here for all that. Acknowledged a birthday celebration with complimentary dessert, candle and sing along. Vast menu so certainly something for everyone’s taste. Beautiful dining area but their take out does not disappoint either. We love either options.

Went there for lunch on Restaurant Week. All in my party picked sushi and enjoyed the rolls very much. Will definitely go back again and try the hot entrees.

A very nice little restaurant inside The Inn at Great Neck. Kind of a hidden gem. Wouldn't normally go there but we were looking for a new place to go that was local. Had been here years ago. Restaurant might have been under another name at the time. We were glad we came. Decided while we were there that we would be back!! Definitely give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
