Happy Out is adding another string to its bow and taking on the Dublin brunch scene. At the weekend there will be an adventurous brunch menu with a variety of coffees and brewing methods to explore. During the week, we will be giving the people what the want; coffee, toasties and a full breakfast menu.There are seats in the middle around the open kitchen so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of everything going on. Down the back there is a bright mezzanine area with a skylight and then we have some outdoor table in our lovely sun trap out the back.This brick and mortar style cafe is the love child of one of the owners, Brian. Taking inspiration from his travels around the world and his family kitchen. We had our table booked for 7.15 but got there 10 minutes early, and they were able to seat us early, which was great. The service was great, and our waiter was particularly so, unfortunately, I didn't get his name. The food was lovely and each course came out on time on a very busy valentines evening.

We had a wonderful time at Woollen Mills. We dined there for Valentine's Day, and the quality of the dishes offered was excellent and very well crafted. The service was attentive and very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, we had to leave the restaurant because my partner wasn't feeling very well, and even then, the service was attentive. I highly recommend this establishment.
