Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Roly's Bistro first opened its doors in 1992 and has served traditional European cuisine ever since. Lunch is served in the Bistro on Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday lunch being served in The Terrace Restaurant. Dinner is served in the Bistro seven evenings a week. Excellent service from time of booking to paying the bill. Lovely welcome downstairs and all staff were courteous, warm and professional. We had a really nice table which they rang to check beforehand. Food was delicious as always. Thanks a million.

Delightful menu showcasing great ingredients. We always enjoy dining at The Saddle Room. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The wine list by the glass is well chosen. The portions are well judged so that we feel full but not stuffed. We especially enjoyed the lamb on this occasion.
