At Palma, you’ll find no judgements, preferences, or labels - just damn good food, killer energy, and the constant beat of great music. Come as you are, let’s laugh by the fire and cheers to the good times.We accept a limited number of reservations for parties of up to 6 for indoor and outdoor dining. We do not accept reservations for our firepits or lounge areas at this time! The rest of our seating is available for walk-in parties. Please respect a 2-hour dining limit given our limited space.

Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people. Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables. We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent. Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries. It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

    Food and service was great. Highly recommend the Copperstate steaks and shishito peppers. Drinks were delicious! It’s a very busy place. Get reservations days in advance. We could only get bar seating which was still great but crowded like most bars in any restaurant. We will visit again and make sure to reserve a table upstairs in advance.

    The food was so tasty and fresh! The New York strip was cool how you can cook it to your liking on a hot stone! We sat outside and the back patio has a great atmosphere. It was warm with the heaters and fireplace. Drinks were also great. We want to come back to try more of the menu! Definitely make a resy because it gets busy!

    First time and loved it! Brought my mom for her birthday and we had the sushi nachos (interesting and delicious), sake maki, negi yellowtail, and the hot night 2.0. All were delicious and highly recommended! For dessert we had beignets with salted caramel sauce - yum! We sat outside and enjoyed the chill vibe and service was top notch as well.
