At Momosan, noodles are front and center. Whether indulging in a bowl of signature tonkotsu ramen, tokyo chicken ramen, tantan, tsukemen, or beef ramen, you’ll realize it is quality you can only find dining with an Iron Chef. And what an array of choices! For those craving more than just ramen, you too have come to the right place. Start off the meal with an exclusive appetizer, ranging from Momosan’s take on salmon or tuna poke, pork gyoza to pork belly skewers to the surf and turf maki. Pair your appetizers and noodles with one of 20+ sake options, eight of which are Morimoto signature sakes, served by the glass, carafe, and/or bottle. Choose between 3 draught and 3 bottled beers. Momosan also offers white and red wines from Napa Valley, both by the glass and by the bottle.

Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles. The interior is multi-faceted, with a black slate tiled traditional dining room, a gorgeous 14 person capacity wooden sushi bar, a semi private "tatami" room which holds 12 people, a larger 25 person private dining room, an enclosed "back patio" casual dining room complete with tropical garden, a black concrete liquor bar with custom sake cocktails and fusion traditional cocktails. The variety of atmospheres allows for a different experience with every visit, and the vastness and quality of the menu does the same.     This place is incredible - everyone must go! Every single member of the staff who I passed upon entry welcomed me in warmly. I was a little early for my reservation and enjoyed a drink at the bar with the super kind and knowledgeable bartender. Someone came and got me when it was time for the omakase experience, moved me to my place setting at the quaint counter seamlessly, carrying my beverage for me. I inquired about tip as I did not want the bartender to miss out and was informed they operate with a tip pool. I was solo and was seated next to another solo diner and we had wonderful conversation and got to enjoy the experience together. The chefs were so kind and talented, each bite was incredible and made with such high quality ingredients. As a former fine dining server and restaurant manager I was in love and blown away by the service. I could tell everyone who took care of me was happy to be there, and that means a lot when you shell out for this kind of thing. It felt warm and luxurious the entire time. My plate and place setting were crumbed/wiped down as necessary, every item was described in detail, I could go on and on. I am SO happy I found this place and had this experience. THANK YOU!!!

    My girlfriend and I had a great dining experience. The server was awesome and fun and made the experience better. The food was phenomenal and the drinks are delicious. Thank you all for everything you do to make a delicious and great meals
