Yoshi's has served Japan's best traditional dishes to Bay Area patrons since 1972. The menu highlights artfully arranged sushi, fresh grilled seafood, classic Japanese dishes, and vegetarian fare. Patrons can kick off their shoes in the traditional Japanese tatami seating or dine at tables. Expert sushi chefs create sushi and sashimi to order either in the restaurant or in the jazz house.     We went to celebrate our anniversary with my wife food was great ,until we ask for another drink and the waitress take to long and i ask for the same drink but to another worker who was serving me water. She got my drink and 10 minutes later my original waitress came to talk to me really rude. Questioning me as to why i asked the other employee for the same drink that i had already waited around 15 minutes for. I did not appreciate how she came to talk to me about it, when the solution shouldve been her apologizing for not getting my drink sooner

    We had an amazing experience at Noka! We had a reservation but had to wait 10-15 minutes (not a problem). Immediately upon sitting at our table we were given 2 yummy appetizers on the house for the inconvenience. The staff is friendly and timely and the food is delicious. Would definitely return!

    My party had a Wow customer service experience. From the host to waiters to servers , the service was awesome. They kept the water and drinks coming. The appetizers and food came out quickly and temperature was hot and delicious! I would highly recommend the restaurant. The show was ambiance was great and entertainment was great! The service for drinks and food was slower than restaurant side. I would highly recommend this venue for entertainment.

    We live Fush & Bird! In all of the East Bay it is probably the most authentic Japanese food that one can find. The sashimi is very fresh. The temporary light and the tofu is phenomenal. I always look forward to returning to this wonderful restaurant!
