Taste of Belgium is a modern Belgian brasserie that fuses Belgian and American cuisines with locally sourced ingredients for both brunch and dinner. In 2023, Jean-François Flechet, our founder, was honored with a knighthood by the prestigious Knighthood of the Brewer's Paddle, recognizing his dedication to Belgian brewing traditions. Our journey began in 2007 at Cincinnati's historic Findlay Market, where Jean-François introduced a traditional Liège-style waffle recipe and a 120-pound cast-iron waffle maker from Belgium. Max was fantastic! Service and courses were timed impeccably, and everything was delicious. We had a wonderful time bringing first-time guests with us to celebrate their birthdays. They were as wowed by the entire experience as we expected they would be. We are so excited each time we have the opportunity to bring out-of-town guests to dine at Sotto.

I will definitely be back. A great place to catch up with dad. It would also be a nice restaurant to take my a wife on a date. The atmosphere was causal but elegant. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely get the ribs appetizer again and the sushi was fantastic. Lots of good choices on the menu. Also they had a killer key lime pie. Service was great as well.
