Our head chef Eric Kwek, previously from CODA, has carefully curated the menu with quality local produce.Our paperbark Roasted Murray cod is our signature dish.Paperbark is traditionally used by indigenous cultures as bedding and to wrap proteins in before tossing them into the fire and we have adopted this method to cook our Murray Cod. The Bistro la Provence always has a beautiful ambiance, really nice entrees , mains and desserts . What’s not to like. Great wines and the best Cordialor Liqueur( orange cognac)

We visited Ahoj tonight and it did not disappoint. The food was really good and the craftsmanship was great. Once you actually see the food you will know that who very made it put there heart and soul into it. From presentation until the very last piece of food makes all the experience one of a kind. The service is great too.
